HSR is part of the team

The School District of Holmen has been one of the fastest growing school districts in the state of Wisconsin over the past 25 years. Our District has been fortunate to have HSR Associates of La Crosse serve as an ongoing partner through much of this time. HSR has provided meaningful guidance through the bidding process, and once the bid has been awarded, they provide meaningful oversight of the project. In addition to “Brick and Mortar” projects, HSR was part of the team that developed a long-range site plan for our high school campus.
