Available Positions

We currently have the following positions available:  Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Designer, Plumbing Designer, Construction Administrator and Architect.

Mechanical Engineer and/or HVAC Designer:

  • Design HVAC systems for commercial buildings using Revit,
  • Create HVAC calculations,
  • Create project specifications including sizing and selecting materials, fixtures and equipment.
  • Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions/existing conditions, identifying any code deficiencies, and evaluation of existing systems.

Plumbing Designer:

  • Design plumbing systems for commercial buildings using Revit,
  • Create plumbing calculations,
  • Create project specifications including sizing and selecting materials, fixtures and equipment.
  • Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions/existing conditions, identifying any code deficiencies, and evaluation of existing plumbing systems.

Construction Administrator:

  • Manage all project-related contract, budgets, timelines and costs.
  • Represent the owner and/or architect at meetings.
  • Construction observation and site visits.
  • Oversee completion of punch list.

Architect:

  • Research, plan, design and manage architectural projects for clients.
  • Generate and communicate architectural design concepts.
  • Prepare cost estimate and contracts.
  • Generate and manage architectural design and the production drawing process.
