Architect/Architectural Technician

This is a full-time permanent Position

We are looking a licensed Architect and/or an Architectural Technician.  Responsibilities include:

  • Design development.
  • Construction documents.
  • Analyze building codes and regulatory data, space and site requirements.
  • Create other technical data and reports for use in architectural documentation.
  • Work with Architectural Technicians, Engineers, consultants, contractors, specification writers and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
  • Have in-depth knowledge of REVIT BIM software.
  • Qualified Technician candidates must have a technical college degree or equivalent.
  • Qualified Architects should be licensed in the state of WI
  • LEED AP Certification and knowledge with sustainable design emphasis is highly desirable.
  • Skills include ability to manage projects, workload, and work in a fast paced environment,

HVAC Designer

This is full-time permanent position

Under the direction of the Mechanical Engineer, design heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for the commercial and industrial markets including healthcare, educational, general office building, housing and some residential markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop design drawings from concept through construction documentation
  • Complete and submit HVAC permit review drawings
  • Select project specifications and assemble HVAC standards, including shop drawings and equipment schedules
  • Proficient with HVAC load calculations and energy modeling
  • Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions and any code deficiencies
  • Understand applicable codes, industry guidelines and other regulatory issues
  • In-depth knowledge of Revit MEP software is required.
  • Ideal candidates will have an HVAC Designer License in the state of Wisconsin.
  • LEED AP Certification and knowledge with sustainable design emphasis is highly desirable.

Construction Administrator Intern

This is a full-time temporary summer position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the direction of our Construction Administrators, assist with administrative responsibilities, including:

  • Coordination of project submittals
  • Organize notes from weekly job meetings
  • Coordinate the change order process
  • Coordinate payment request process
  • Help coordinate completion of punch list

Education and Experience:

  • Experience with reading blueprints a plus
  • Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
