HVAC Designer
What will you be doing?
- Design HVAC systems for commercial buildings using Revit,
- Create HVAC calculations,
- Submit drawings & specifications for state review & approval,
- Create project specifications including sizing and selecting materials, fixtures and equipment.
- Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions/existing conditions, identifying any code deficiencies, and evaluation of existing systems.
What do you need for this position?
- Proficient knowledge of Revit MEP software
- Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite software
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Plumbing Designer
What you will be doing:
- Design plumbing systems for commercial buildings using Revit,
- Create plumbing calculations,
- Submit plumbing drawings & specifications for state review & approval,
- Create project specifications including sizing and selecting materials, fixtures and equipment.
- Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions/existing conditions, identifying any code deficiencies, and evaluation of existing plumbing systems.
What you need for this position:
- LEED AP Certification and knowledge with sustainable design emphasis is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Revit MEP software is required.
- Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite software
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Construction Administrator
What you will be doing:
- Manage all project-related contract, budgets, timelines and costs
- Represent the owner and/or architect at meetings
- Document job meetings
- Construction observation and site visits
- Coordinate the change order process
- Coordinate payment requisition process
- Oversee completion of punch list
What you need for this position:
- An educational background in Construction Technology or Architecture
- Knowledge of the construction building process
- Construction document management software (i.e. ProCore / Submittal Exchange) experience a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite software
- Ability to work with contractors and owners to resolve conflicts
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Same day travel is necessary as the project location demands
