Black River Falls, Wisconsin
This project converted a former grocery store into the present Regional Learning Center for Western Technical College. The project has been broken into two phases, with the first phase containing (2) ITV Classrooms, an ISS Classroom, a General Ed Classroom, a Health Classroom, a Testing Area, a Student Resource Area and a Student Lounge. The design incorporates a new super insulated exterior envelope with new skylights and building systems. The project will be LEED silver certified.
