HSR provided architectural and engineering services for a new 1 story, 17,000 s.f. fire station and Community Center for the Village of LaFarge. Features include a 10 bay Fire Department area, EMS and Police area and Utilities area with wash and fill bay. The central core of the facility consists of offices for the Fire, EMS and Police Departments, a command center, a laundry, and storage areas. Two community rooms, with capacity of 45-50 people each, are separated by a moveable partition with access to the kitchen. The Village will also have a meeting room for official functions.
