This innovative approach to campus living features apartment style units designed to attract students who might otherwise live off campus. The exterior design, dictated in part by a long and narrow site, takes on a residential feel reminiscent of turn-of-the-century “brownstone” apartments. Inside the 127,000 sf buildings are 81 apartments, each with four private bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen/eating area. Other amenities include common use conference rooms, a seminar room, computer room, exercise room, laundry and study lounges on each floor.
