The Lakeview Health Center provides skilled and intermediate health care for up to 90 residents. The building, encompassing over 83,000 sf, consists of recreational areas and rehabilitation center as well as administrative, food service and residential facilities. The facility includes 50 single units for skilled nursing, 10 single units for behavioral health and 30 units for community base residential facilities.
Designed as a contemporary, 24-hour skilled care center, Lakeview readily accommodates the elderly, the chronically ill and the handicapped. Care was taken to create a comfortable environment with a feeling of home by increased natural daylighting, development of smaller neighborhood living areas, as well as, a variety of central recreation and rehabilitation opportunities. Site development includes outdoor patios, gardening opportunities and courtyard landscaping.
