Project Overview
The Gundersen Lutheran Clinic began with the Masterplanning of a 36 acre site for the clinic, and office building, parking garage, long term care and hotel buildings. Starting with a two-story, 112,000 square foot building as the first phase in 1996, three additional stories, 40,000 square feet each, were added on with the most recent project completed in 2006. Spaces included are; lower level: staff education, orthodontics, sports medicine, mechanical; first floor: urgent care, pharmacy, vision center, internal medicine; 2nd floor: family medicine, obstetrics; 3rd floor: dermatology, rheumatology, cardiology, infusion therapy; 4th floor: employee health and shell space.
