HSR provided design and engineering services for the new 7,000 SF Galesville Dental Clinic. The Galesville Dental Clinic is a state of the art dental office. The focus throughout the development of the project was on work flow for the staff, natural light and creating a building that would last. We created a central work areas for staff connecting both sides of the clinic, opened up the operatories to one another to help work flow using cabinets as separation. We oriented all the operatories toward the exterior maximizing the natural daylight and the views of the surrounding woods. The overall shape of the building also was driven by maximizing natural daylight to all areas and creating a welcoming environment. The building also has a geothermal system and other enhancements to be energy conscious and environmentally friendly.
