Project Overview
The 65,000 sf, nine million dollar project, was constructed on a 50 acre site. The school space includes a gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, classrooms and support spaces for grades 6 through 8. Site work consists of physical education areas, parking, sidewalks and landscaping. The building includes natural gas, roof drainage system, acid waste system at science labs, phy ed and athletic showers with pressure balance mixing valves, gas-fired water heaters, dual softeners, and sensor-operated lavs and urinals, classroom unit ventilators, modular hot water boilers, air conditioned administration area and zoned air-handling units.
