HSR provided architectural, engineering and interior design services for a 7,000 sf one-story building, for a local contractor, which is LEED certified. The interior layout takes advantage of south facing clerestory windows in open office areas and along with tube skylights gets natural light into every office space. The exterior and interior materials of brick masonry, stone masonry, exposed steel structural members and polished concrete floors, highlight Fowler & Hammer’s craftsmanship and founding principles of great masonry, concrete and steel erection work.
