HSR Associates assisted the Colby School District with renovations and site improvements. Project included the following: Elementary School – new flooring throughout; electrical upgrades and LED lighting to improve energy efficiency; and significant drainage and HVAC improvements, both interior and exterior, to resolve moisture issues. High School/Middle School – selective electrical improvements and HVAC master control replacement for energy efficiency and ease of operations. Campus-wide – sitework to correct drainage issues and increase site functionality, and replacement and coating of parking lots.
