The 36,000 sf Community Center focuses on providing multi-functional spaces to serve all age groups. The design accommodates a 4,500 sf Senior Center with a large activities room and serving kitchen. The 15,000 sf Boys’ and Girls’ Club includes a large activity room, an 8,000 sf gymnasium, a snack bar and a 12,000 sf basement. Provisions have also been made to add a six lane swimming pool in the future. Site development included parking for 100 cars and a service entry.
