HSR completed a study and subsequent design for a new Street Maintenace Facility building to consolidate administrative areas, vehicles and equipment for the Public Works Department. The resultant 65,400 sf facility includes offices, central dispatch, conference room, employee breakroom and toilets and locker rooms for the staff, plus 100,000 sf for outside storage.The garage space, with radiant floor heat, was designed for vehicle drive through and includes work space for minor repair and maintenance. Also included is a wash bay and storage for vehicles in a heated metal building.
