HSR designed the renovation of the Pettibone Beach House on the Mississippi River. Originally designed and constructed in 1924, the bathhouse had grown into disrepair. The renovation eliminated outdated functions such as swimming suit rental and made public terraces out of the former enclosed changing areas while maintaining the historical significance of this landmark building.
