HSR designed the new 50,000 sf waterfront City Hall in close alliance with a 22 member Development Committee of city staff, public office holders and private citizens. The new facility includes a Council Chambers that are also used as a Municipal Courtroom, Departments of Building Inspection, Planning Engineering, Finance, Treasury, City Clerk, Clerk of Courts, Attorney, Assessor, Information Technology and Mayor’s office. Sitework included a parking lot, fountain and river walk.
