Project Overview
HSR completed the 113,000 SF project as part of the campus’s Vision 2020 plan. The new technology center allowed several industrial programs, which were previously spread over six locations on campus, to share classroom and lab space. The upgrade has provided a complete building renovation, ground floor expansion, and the addition of a third and fourth floor. The building is LEED Platinum certified, the highest rating level for major remodeling projects.
