Project Overview
HSR Associates provided site planning, architectural design, and engineering services for the Gundersen Health System Clinic in Sparta, WI. The 36,000 sf facility achieved LEED Gold certification and was designed as a net zero building. A combination of geo thermal wells, solar panels, and advanced systems controls allows the clinic to perform as the most efficient building in Gundersen’s portfolio.
The clinic building is primarily family practice, with imaging, OT, PT, urgent care and behavioral health services as well.
