Project Overview

HSR Associates provided site planning, architectural design, and engineering services for the Gundersen Health System Clinic in Sparta, WI. The facility achieved LEED Gold certification and was designed as a net zero building. A combination of geothermal wells, solar panels, and advanced systems controls allows the clinic to operate as the most energy-efficient building in Gundersen’s portfolio. The clinic houses family practice services, imaging, occupational therapy, physical therapy, urgent care, and behavioral health spaces.
