We currently have the following positions available:

Construction Administrator:

  • Serve as the prime liaison between the Owner, contractor and design team overseeing project execution
    to ensure quality, compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage construction administration services for multiple commercial projects simultaneously, tracking
    projects using multiple project management software platforms.
  • Respond to contractor’s requests for information, clarifications, and changes; tracking and documenting
    the changes in construction documents.
  • Prepare and distribute change bulletins.
  • Attend and lead construction meetings and perform site observation visits; prepare and distribute field reports.
  • Review product submittals, shop drawings, and change order requests, and approve
    payment applications.
  • Prepare punch lists at project completion and review final project closeout documents.

Mechanical Designer/Engineer:

  • Develop design drawings from concept through construction documentation, coordination drawings and as-builts using REVIT MEP
  • Complete and submit HVAC state review drawings
  • Select project specifications and assemble HVAC standards, including shop drawings and equipment schedules
  • Proficient with HVAC load calculations and energy modeling
  • Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions and any code deficiencies
  • Understand applicable codes, industry guidelines and other regulatory issues

Plumbing Technician/Designer:

  • Provide technical and design capability for full building plumbing systems including domestic water, waste, gas, medical gas, and fire suppression.
  • Utilize REVIT to complete construction documents
  • Complete and submit plumbing drawings, schematics, flow calculations and specifications for state review/approval
  • Complete project specifications including sizing and selecting materials, fixtures and equipment
  • Perform field verification confirming as-built conditions/existing conditions, identifying any code deficiencies, and evaluation of existing plumbing systems
  • Understand applicable codes, industry guidelines and other regulatory issues
