Kyle P. Schauf,AIA

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. With over 25 years of design experience—20 of which have been with HSR—he brings extensive expertise to his work. Since 2021, Kyle has served on the HSR Board of Directors and was appointed Vice President & COO in 2023. A registered architect in Wisconsin, he specializes in projects across the medical, educational, civic, and government sectors. Kyle is dedicated to crafting functional, visually appealing spaces that improve the quality of life and well-being of their users. While conceptual design and planning are his favorite aspects of the design process, he also values building strong relationships and trust with both team members and clients. Known for his attention to detail and deep understanding of thoughtful design’s impact, Kyle consistently aims to deliver projects that are both meaningful and lasting.

Kyle and his family make their home just outside of Onalaska, where they enjoy the peaceful surroundings and strong sense of community and his well-manicured lawn. A true outdoorsman at heart, Kyle takes full advantage of the region’s natural beauty and recreational opportunities. Whether it’s bass fishing on the Mississippi River, bow hunting in the fall woods, or relaxing on a sandbar with his family, he finds balance and joy in the outdoors.
