Trane Company Graduate Training Program Renovation

HSR worked with Trane Company to remodel some underutilized office space into a new home for their Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. The project consisted of a total remodel of the second floor to create a large lecture space, lounge and student breakout area, kitchenette. The second floor also included a series of different size conferences rooms for by the students during their program for different breakout groups. The admin offices were also relocated to the second floor. Larger windows were also added into the exterior to maximize the natural daylight.

An additional part of the project included a remodel the first floor with an updated entry and security desk, classroom space and education area for Trane technicians, along with additional office space and conference rooms for Trane employees.
