School District of Arcadia Wanek Community Center

HSR provided pre-referendum support, architectural services and engineering services for this project. This 75,000 SF addition and 10,000 SF renovation to the middle/high school included the design of a community center which also incorporated athletic facilities – a three-court gymnasium, locker rooms, additional athletic practice space, a fitness/weight room and storage.

The community center portion included: public library, community gymnasium with storage, concessions, indoor run/walk track, fitness center, locker rooms, exercise studio, community meeting room, and adult and youth activity space.
